LDC United Reveals new logo and new programs
Integrated Player Development - Program provides opportunities for selected players on our second teams to get extra training with the first team.   The player will have the option of attending 2-4 training sessions per month with the first team and may also be used as guest players for tournaments and secondary rostered players for league play.
EXP Training for Players and Parents - Through our partnership with Explosive Sports Performance we will be offering a six week training and education program beginning in the fall season. Their trainers will work with our players and coaches at their team training sessions on fitness, stretching, running technique, agility, and strength training. Following these 30 minute warm-up sessions with the players the EXP trainers will provide 30 minute talk sessions for parents on nutrition, injury treatment and prevention, the mental side of soccer and other guidance for parents raising an athlete while the players continue their training sessions with their coach.
Goalkeeper Training - Additional separate training and is specifically for our goalkeepers.
Team Camp - The camp is part of the program fees for LDC teams. City Islander players will serve as coaches.
New Logo - upgraded logo crest to match our colors and a new look for our constantly improving and growing soccer club.   - May 12 2015
